ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Order processing times are separate from the shipping times you see at checkout.

All orders are quality checked and processed typically within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. All orders received after 12:00PM EST will begin processing the next business day.

Please note, these are estimates. Processing and transit times may increase during periods of high demand. Estimate processing/transit times provided with your order confirmation email will be more accurate. In any case, we will be sure to email/notify you if there is an unexpected delay.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country (this might be the case for delivery to some European countries). Revomadic is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Delivery can take longer during peak periods or if your parcel is being checked by customs. It may be delayed for 5 business days for any special situations. While we do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, we cannot be held responsible for any late delivery or failure to deliver due to circumstances beyond our control.

Please be aware that these time frames are estimates and may change due to high demand holiday seasons or sudden global events that influence delivery times. Maximum delivery time: 25 business days.

Please note that we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages upon delivery. This is why we provide constant shipping updates to ensure you receive your product safely.

Signatures are NOT required for receiving orders, please be mindful of our shipping updates in order to safely receive your order(s)

 

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 21 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@revimus.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Once they arrive in your country, your local postal services take over. This means you'll be able to track your parcel on your local postal services' website with the same tracking number. If the tracking shows that the parcel couldn't be delivered for any reason, please contact your local post office first, to have further details. Since they are handling your parcel, they would be able to give you information that we don't have.

Please note that tracking is active during 60 days so we won't be able to do anything to help you if you contact us after this period.

 

Invalid/Undeliverable Shipping Addresses

We are not responsible for orders placed with incorrect addresses (you may change your shipping address usually with a maximum of 24 hours upon ordering). If an order's shipping address is invalid and our worldwide shipping couriers are not able to deliver the goods, the customer has the option of paying a fee (equal to the estimated shipping cost) or having their order disposed (a refund is not eligible for disposed orders as we are unable to return international deliveries due to invalid shipping addresses).

Important Notes:

  • Address changes can only be made before your order has been processed for shipment. Once the order is in transit, we won't be able to alter the shipping address.
  • Please double-check the accuracy of the new shipping address you provide to avoid any potential delivery issues.
  • In case your order has already been dispatched, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to see if they can accommodate the address change. Additional fees or delivery delays may apply.
  • We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address if the address provided during checkout was inaccurate or outdated.
  • Any package returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address will be re-shipped at your expense.
